Hadana Boutique Resort Hoi An Rooms & Suites: Which One to Book
Hadana’s 95 rooms come in seven types, from 32 m² Deluxe rooms to a 72 m² family connecting room, and every one has a balcony. The real choice is the view — town, pool or rice fields — and whether you need space for children.
Facts checked October 2026 against the hotel’s published information.

Each room type, and who it suits

Executive Room
The room most couples should book. It is a little larger than Deluxe, has a desk and seating area, and its balcony faces the rice paddies behind the resort instead of the road.
Book it if you want the calmest outlook without paying for a suite. Skip it if you want to watch the pool from your balcony.

How to get the right room at Hadana
01
Match by view, not name
Booking sites rename rooms. Look for the size (32, 36, 52, 54 or 72 m²) and the view to be sure you are booking the room you want.
02
Ask for an upper floor
Upper floors put more distance between you and the pool bar or the road. Add the request in the special-requests box when you book.
03
Confirm family set-ups
For connecting rooms or a cot, ask the hotel to confirm in writing after booking, rather than relying on a request box alone.
Honest note
Rooms are spacious and well kept but not new: some guests mention dated bathrooms, a shower over the bath and sound travelling between floors.
Questions about rooms at Hadana
How big are the Deluxe rooms at Hadana?
Deluxe City View and Senior Deluxe Pool View rooms are 32 m² on most listings, with one source giving 36 m² for Senior Deluxe. Both have a balcony and take a king bed or two twins, for up to three guests with an extra bed. That is generous for Hoi An, where many boutique hotels start nearer 25 m².
Which floors are the Senior Deluxe and Executive rooms on at Hadana?
One booking site places Senior Deluxe King and Executive King rooms on the third floor and Senior Deluxe Twins on the second. Hadana does not guarantee floors, so put a floor request in your booking. Upper floors usually mean less pool and road noise and a wider view over the rice fields.
What comes in the room at Hadana?
Rooms have air conditioning, a minibar, a 32-inch TV, a safe, bathrobes and slippers, blackout curtains and hardwood floors, according to the hotel’s listings. Every room has a balcony. Check whether bottled water is complimentary before you open it, as one recent guest was charged for a bottle.
Do suites at Hadana include a massage?
Some do. Certain suite rates include a daily aroma massage for two at Maison Spa, while others are room-only, so the perk depends on the rate rather than the room. Read the rate description on the booking page, and book the massage time at the spa on your first day.
Can three adults share a room at Hadana?
Yes, in Deluxe, Senior Deluxe, Executive and Suite rooms, which take up to three guests. The third adult needs a rollaway bed, which is charged and depends on room type, so add it at booking. For three adults who want their own beds, two connecting rooms are more comfortable.
Are there smoking rooms at Hadana?
Smoking is limited to designated areas, according to Hadana’s current policy, and rooms are non-smoking. One older listing mentions smoking rooms, so if that matters to you, ask the hotel directly before you book rather than relying on that page.
