One resort, three names
The building opened as Hoi An Glory Hotel & Spa, became Belle Maison Hadana Hoi An Resort & Spa and now trades as Hadana Boutique Resort Hoi An. Hadana Boutique Hotel Da Nang is a different property in Son Tra.
Check that the address on your booking is 538 Cua Dai Road. Ignore old listings that still say Quang Nam province.

Write requests in the booking
Cot, extra bed, connecting rooms, floor or a bathtub: add them in the special-requests box, then ask the hotel to confirm by email.

If your rate is room-only, decide before arrival whether to add breakfast; the on-the-day price is listed separately for adults and children.

Book the car early
The airport car needs 48 hours’ notice. If you book late, a Grab from the arrivals hall is the fallback.

It traded as Belle Maison Hadana Hoi An Resort & Spa, managed by H&K Hospitality, and before that as Hoi An Glory Hotel & Spa on the same site at 538 Cua Dai Road. Old reviews and listings under those names refer to the same building, before its 2023 upgrade.
Can I check in early at Hadana?
Early check-in is on request and depends on whether your room is ready, since standard check-in is from 2 pm. If you land in the morning, ask the hotel in advance; otherwise leave your bags, use the pool area or head into the old town until your room is ready.
Does Hadana charge a fee for paying by card?
Hadana does not publish a card surcharge. Some businesses in Hoi An add a few per cent for card payments, so ask at check-in how extras like the spa and restaurant can be paid, and whether paying in Vietnamese dong in cash avoids a fee.
What is the minimum age to check in at Hadana?
The guest checking in must be at least 18 years old, according to Hadana’s policies. Younger travellers need to be booked with an adult who checks in and stays with them. Bring the passport of the person named on the booking.
Is smoking allowed at Hadana?
Only in designated areas. Hadana’s policy restricts smoking to set spots and treats rooms as non-smoking, with fines for smoking where it is not allowed. One older listing mentions smoking rooms; ask the hotel directly if that matters to you.
Can I cancel my Hadana booking?
